Model Farm is a working farm, providing excellent B & B facilities, in 14 acres of land, with a spacious gardens and patio, all set in the wonderful Warwickshire countryside. The en suite bed and breakfast accommodation comprises, good sized double bedrooms, with tea and coffee making facilities and freeview tv.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation, some of which is en-suite, is ideal whether visiting any of the local towns, such as Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire either for business or pleasure. With panoramic country views, peace and quiet, we are only 10 minutes by car to Land Rover, Jaguar and Aston Martin and the National Heritage Motor Centre all located at Gaydon in Warwickshire.
The Royal Leamington Spa Dallas Burston Polo Ground is only half a mile away and we provide an excellent base for visiting Polo players.
Model Farm Livery Stables are only ten minutes drive from Moreton Morrel College

The local area has many historical attractions, fantastic access to countryside walks and the village of Harbury has several pubs, serving food, all within easy walking distance.
